Typically when a patient comes to our office they might be suffering from multiple different symptoms, but initially, we start with their top 5 main symptoms. 

We don’t treat your symptoms – instead we use them to gain a deeper understanding of what your body is going through and what you have done to your body up to this point.

We find out what organs and systems need help, and we put a plan together to get you back to optimal health.

We use a smarter approach that gives better results because we work with your body rather than fighting against it with drugs. 

This is what separates us from everyone else.

Our current struggles and challenges that destroy our health starts with the food we eat. Our “regular diet” consists of very destructive components.

Beyond what we consume, there are other health destroying factors that we commonly encounter. 

Moldy, toxic buildings can destroy your health. Just like mold is common yet usually undiscovered, there are other pathogens that are similar. This includes parasites and chronic viruses. 

Chronic viruses can be in your body for many years causing health problems.

Internal brain stress such as sitting at a computer typing, analyzing, and meeting deadlines can be very harsh on your brain. 

Getting your diet right, getting rid of toxins, reducing pathogens, and taking care of yourself is the correct approach to health improvement as opposed to letting medications “take care of you”.  

The next question for us is what supplements should you take and when?

These supplements and your diet are how you are treating yourself. 

Think of this care plan as long term! You are increasing your health slowly everyday. 

The “Maintenance Phase” is the goal.

We will ask you about your top 5 symptoms so they can help me begin to understand how your body is functioning.

We don’t treat your symptoms – we use them to understand what your body is going through and what you have done to your body.

For example:

If someone comes to me with a history of many surgeries like the neck, back, and shoulder, then I know you have had a lot of trauma. But I am also considering that maybe your diet is poor.

For example, I had a patient who had a couple of dozen surgeries and he blamed his job as a mechanic. BUT, he ate 10 loaves of bread per week. That diet is very destructive to all your tissues including your bones, joints, ligaments, and tendons. No wonder he had so many surgeries!

There are more common symptoms that we see. If you are overweight and depressed, this is probably related to diet as well. It could also be from being over-medicated.

Probably the most common symptom is Fatigue. There are many causes of this including a deficiency of fat or protein in the diet, too many carbohydrates, toxins, medications, lack of quality sleep, “computer stress”, or chronic immune weakness. 

Another common symptom is lack of motivation. This could be experienced in the brain or in the body. We are talking about physiology, not psychology. Repairing the normal function of the brain and body by addressing diet, toxins, and pathogens, blood quality, and feeding organs will help you get out of bed and get motivated.

Here’s how we solve your health problems:

We do a survey that helps us pull out your symptoms and puts them into categories. We do this so we can understand what the body is going through and why it is acting the way it’s acting.

Then we discuss your health history. This clarifies your symptoms along a  timeline which is important. We need to know what happened and when so we can see if “A caused B”. We need to be able to see what the cause(s) could be. 

Then we find out what organs and systems need help and why. We start out broadly and then go deeper and deeper into details.  Muscle testing helps us discover great details when you are in the office.

Lab work is sometimes, but not always, part of the discovery when used intelligently and appropriately. 

The bio-feedback muscle testing procedure we do gives us more information. We can better understand what the body is telling us. 

Now we can put a plan together to get you back to optimal health.

This is a smarter approach that gives better results because we know what the causes are.  With this knowledge, we are now able to work with your body rather than fighting against it with drugs. 

This is what separates us from everyone else. 

The most commonly prescribed drugs are for pain, mental anguish, lowering cholesterol, heartburn, hormones, diabetes, asthma, and anemia. Yet all of these conditions respond well, in most cases, with hardcore holistic nutrition. 

The drugs mask the symptoms and raise or lower hormones. But with hardcore holistic nutrition, we are bringing back function therefore the symptoms go away on their own. And they are gone for good as long as the healthy lifestyle practices continue.
