Let’s look at the 5 main categories of supplements before we talk about detoxing.
Historically, vitamins were discovered and researched beginning in 1912 through the 1930s. At first, they were known to be found in foods, in groups. Later, they were isolated into “synthetic” vitamins. As the vitamins were isolated and sold as individual chemicals, they became less potent.
Herbs have been part of human evolution since the very beginning.
Glandular supplements come from the tradition of eating nose to tail after hunting.
Minerals are very important and can be found in a wide variety of products but Celtic sea salt and low carb organic food are the first sources.

Then you go to WebMD and they tell you that detox occurs naturally within your body and all you have to do is drink juice…
This has to stop!

Drugs Do Not Help Detox the Real, Effective Way
Cholesterol-reducing drugs have been studied since the 1980s and they were based on a falsehood from the 1950s. Their effectiveness is less than 1% yet medicine still pushes them while avoiding all the other subjects that are so much more important!
Medical schools are teaching their students all about drugs, drugs, and more drugs and ignoring how to improve health.
What’s important to understand is that you can’t just jump into a detox program. You have to prepare your body for it by having a good diet, increasing energy production, opening the drainage channels, and clearing out parasites.
Think of detox prep as long term! It is the opposite of the way we think now with urgent care centers, “24- hour relief”, and popping a pill for a symptom. You are increasing your health slowly every day. You are not relying on other people such as a drug based doctor who doesn’t specialize in health improvement.
