Kidney Stones and Gout…what is the missing piece?

Both Kidney Stones and Gout are the result of chronically concentrated urine. Concentrated just means that there is not enough liquid or too much solute (something dissolved in a liquid), kind of like if you put a teaspoon of salt in a glass of water.
